We had an outstanding experience with NAPA Auto Pro on Upper James. Getting booked in was simple and smooth, thanks to Alysa and Sierra at the front desk. They’re friendly, organized, and make the whole process easy. The team in the back is just as solid. We had mistakenly purchased the wrong rims on our own, and the team at NAPA went out of their way to help us sort it out. Jacob even drove to Orangeville to pick up a part we needed. Throughout the day they kept us updated, explained what was going on, and only moved forward with work after checking with us first. Andrew called before installing a tire sensor so we could approve it, which I really appreciated. They also arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, straight to my house. It made the whole appointment fit seamlessly into my day. The shop has the feel of a small, honest, community business. The communication, effort, and professionalism were consistent from start to finish. Highly recommend them. They’ve earned our business for good.

Took my car in for tires and oil change unfortunately they found I had all my struts and springs broken. They got me a rental fixed my car by 4pm and had me on my way. They truly went out of the way to help me I appreciate everything they did and do and will continue to keep going there for all my car care needs thank you upper James napa auto pro you guys rock

I have so many good things to say! The staff here have really went above and beyond for me. I like their process of sending you an overview with pictures and then discussing the findings before invoicing you. I kept Jacob on the phone for 1 hour to answer all my questions and he was very polite and friendly and didn’t show an ounce of being annoyed! He explained everything well also. The staff even discussed my engine code issue with Benz directly. They also did me a solid and booked an appointment for me with Benz Burlington because Napa Autopro told me my issue should be covered by Benz warranty which it was and the manager (Sierra) told me I could call her if Benz gave me any trouble. They didn’t gauge me or charge me for a simple scanning of the diagnosis code on my car when the engine light was on. They always ask if I need a ride/shuttle anywhere when I’m having my car checked out by them. When Benz told me my car has ‘x’ issue, Jacob explained it was safe to drive and offered to confirm and check it out with them at Napa AutoPro. They fit me in rather quickly as well. I really feel these people have looked out for me, are honest and go the extra mile. I am impressed by their professionalism and I also love that the manager is a young female because it made me more comfortable as a female who doesn’t know a lot about cars myself although the male staff I dealt with (Jacob predominantly) were absolutely great, kind, welcoming and seemed very knowledgeable! I also wanted to mention how easy they are to contact. I’ve called plenty and Jacob always picked up my call very quickly. They’ve earned a long time customer! Thank you for everything!

Very reasonably priced annual inspection, friendly staff. Mechanic explained a couple things to keep an eye on for next years inspection so I can address them before something minor turns into something major, with no sales pressure. Also, provided complimentary uber home and back to the shop, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I will return for all my future inspections and will highly recommend these guys to any of my friends or customers looking for an honest, reputable repair shop and MTO inspection station. Oh and they offer 3 year / 60,000km warranty on their parts and labor 😮

This place is one of the best places you can take your vehicle to get looked at in the region. They look at all types of cars but they always have some euros/exotics in there as their techs have been properly trained. They have so much knowledge and experience & always made me feel at ease with trusting them with my vehicle(s), I did move away from the region and still fantasize about dropping thousands of dollars to repair my classic Bmw. Specialist Jeff is one of the best in the business & the only 1 i would trust to perform the big jobs on euros. Special thanks to Andrew & Sierra as they always were fair, responsive and excellent at communicating.

A great place to go for timely and honest maintenance and repairs. They do a really thorough job of determining what needs to be addressed, and they notify you with details (including pics) via texts. Very efficient! In addition, as opposed to sitting around for an hour waiting for the return of a shuttle van (like you do at a dealership), they get an Uber for your ride to work/home and back to get your car. You wait 3/4 minutes instead! An awesome idea! Highly recommend Jacob and staff here!

Had an excellent encounter with Andrew regarding my tyre . I also talked to Sierra on the phone for an appointment and they were nice enough to fit me in despite their busy schedule. It was recommended by my colleagues and they also speak highly of their services . They didn’t even charge me as it wasn’t a big issue such nice people , where would you find any like them .

Frankly, THE best garage I ever been to. Honest, reliable, nice people. I trust them more with my car than the dealership where my car is under warranty. Most importantly, the entire team is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Napa Autopro! Customer service, communication and work quality were all exceptional. This shop has a ton of experience dealing with Audi’s and other European car manufacturers. Prices are significantly better than the dealership, only place I’m taking my A4 going forward!
