I'm planning to convert a mini cooper to electrical as part of my school project, I searched through google SEO for highly rated auto service and I got NAPA AUTOPRO, no wonder they have highly rated reviews and customers talk high about the service here. I met Andrew when I delivered my car and collect it from Alysa I had a good experience and received a very detailed inspection report which reflect the professionalism of mechanic Mark who carried out the inspection, be assured if you inspect your vehicle here you will have a safe drive, inspected every aspect of the vehicle systems with pictures, videos and very clear narratives. Never received such report by any shop. This repair shop provided high quality service and earned every penny you pay here and owe you the good experience. Though the report was very detailed Alysa took the time to explain and answer my questions about what is essential and what is recommended for safety certificate. Thanks Andrew & Alysa and definitely I recommend their service.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I had a bad engine problem, and they fixed it. The procedure definitely required a lot of experience and skills. Throughout the process, Andrew explained everything very patiently to me, which made me feel very comfortable. They also updated me on the progress frequently and promptly. I would recommend them. Also, they got a cute dog.
