We wanted to take the time to thank Alysa and her team for their unbeatable customer service. We had engine issues with our BMW, the dealership was no help but the folks at MechaniQ on Upper James in Hamilton were absolutely fantastic. It's rare today that a business takes the time to understand the issues and problems of their customers and goes out of their way to solve them.
