I cannot say enough about MechaniQ. The manager Alysa is on top of her game when it comes to customer service. In 40 years I have never had customer service like this in a mechanics shop. Her team is first rate, they know how to deliver from fixing your car to handling all the small details so you can get on with your business. I highly recommend MechaniQ.

I just had 4 new Michelin tires installed, amazing service-very professional. My tires didn't go on my rims until they were perfect. I would highly recommend Mechaniq to anyone who truly cares about their car.

Attention Ladies, you must go there!!! I just have the oil changed and my general feeling was more like going to the spa than going to the mechanics. Super clean and modern and the best part- After your car gets serviced they clean it up inside out.

We wanted to take the time to thank Alysa and her team for their unbeatable customer service. We had engine issues with our BMW, the dealership was no help but the folks at MechaniQ on Upper James in Hamilton were absolutely fantastic. It's rare today that a business takes the time to understand the issues and problems of their customers and goes out of their way to solve them.
