The owner, Andrew Ackers, has character beyond his years and is very passionate about the work/product he provides, his business, his clients and his staff! Simply put, and from the owner right down to their apprentice as well as their front desk office staff, they all operate with the same mentality and shared vision that is client-centric and client-focused oriented! I am from Brampton but willing to travel to Hamilton just so that Upper James Autopro (and my personal mechanic, Mark Medel), can service both of our vehicles.
