I came in Monday, the day after a crazy weekend filled with winter weather. I was a walk-in customer with no appointment. The representative and owner Andrew was very friendly and extremely accommodating! As I was waiting for my vehicle, I had a wonderful comfy waiting area to wait in. As work was proceeding on my vehicle, there were additional items that needed attention. Andrew saw this as an opportunity to go above and beyond and provided me with the Napa Roadside assistance program. This attention to detail and tailoring the needs of their customers was not under looked. Thank you Andrew and the staff of Napa for making my experience very enjoyable!
