Exceptional service. Timely updates on the status of your car. Couldn’t be happier with the report that is sent out identifying work required, very clear! Highly recommended.

My visit was scheduled for 9:00 AM last week, to swap out my summer for winter tires. I was told it would take about 2 hours. There was a sitting area with a couple of sofas, so decided to make myself comfortable, stay and do some reading. I started talking to the owner, Andrew about the challenges of starting your own business and got some insights. I was soon informed that was car was ready and 1/2 hr. earlier than expected! I cannot recommend NAPA auto pro ENOUGH to anyone who is facing any issues with their vehicle. They are literally the nicest people that i’ve met in the car industry sector in my whole life. They will get to the bottom of your problem and give you clear details on your vehicle. If you’re having car issues, don’t stress and just take your car to the professionals who know exactly what they’re doing !!!!

Exceptional service. You remain updated every step of the way. So reasonable with pricing. This place goes above and beyond. Had something “fixed” in Toronto, car immediately broke down again. Took it to NAPPA and the correctly identified the problem and actually fixed it. Been going to them ever since and the expertise and service has remained exceptional.
