This is the most exceptional mechanic shop in Ontario, likely Canada. They are knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. They do things on time and update you every step of the way. Lifesavers.

Amazing shop! Had a big repair done a few months ago. Steering has been great since. An unrelated issue popped up (dragging heat shield) so I called them up and they accommodated my time and did this repair for free!!! On top of that, their service is speedy, the workers are friendly, on site shop dog is cute as hell, and the bathroom is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an automotive shop EVER! Oh and few months back I was impressed when they also cleaned my car, inside and out. Just an all around incredible shop with great people. Will exclusively only use them moving forward

As we have come to expect, we received excellent service from Napa AutoPro on Upper James. Even though this time it was simply maintenance of our vehicle, we still received the same level of high quality service. Their advice and input is valuable and honest. Tonight I had a wonderful experience! My friend Alain and I had car troubles and needed to be towed to a dealership but first we stopped into Upper James AutoPro. The owners were super friendly, professional and over the top helpful! Their shop was supposed to close at 5:30 p.m. but when we called CAA they said that they couldn’t tow a vehicle from a shop that is closed. Well, guess what Alysa and Andrew did??? They continued to do their paperwork and left the open sign on for over 2 additional hours while they patiently waited. Wow!!!! I know where our first call will be the next time that repair work on our vehicles is needed. The call will be “auto”matic! They are awesome and so appreciated!!!

I was a first time customer and felt welcome in their business. I had an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle and they have an online appointment booking service so I got my car in on my schedule. They were great. They did an inspection and they send you a comprehensive report explaining issues and rating them on importance. I found that very helpful. Now that I am a customer with Napa, and I feel like family, I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service again. Thank you Upper James Napa.
