The team at Upper James Auto Pro are incredible! I happened upon this repair centre by accident -- but am so relieved I did! The service advisors and technicians are very knowledgeable, efficient, and provide honest yet very helpful advice. I notice they always go above an beyond whenever I have an appointment. Well, what can I say? Andrew, the service advisor was the most knowledgeable and patient along with the mechanic to try to diagnose the mystery problem my 2017 Murano was hiding! And once we found it he got me the part(driverside driweshaft) at a fraction of the cost if I would’ve had to buy it from Nissan! (Those thiefs- personal opinion). Would recomend to anyone without hesitation! Thanks guys!!!!
