Just wanted to share the truth in a below review from an Anis character. On July 17th I sold a very high KM BMW to him. Before the sale, Anis viewed the car, liked it and agreed to put a small deposit on the car which I agreed to with conditions that were met on the day he got the car. From the point that the deposit was made on the car to the point where he viewed it again before handing over cash and collecting the car was an absolute nightmare as well. Price was dropped drastically because Anis felt buying a high performance BMW would require work and every other excuse in the book. Because I was getting a new car, I decided to work with him and sold the car at a very discounted price. Few days after the sale where cash and a bill of sale was made. He brought the car to Upper James Autopro. Let me just say that I was actually impressed how great the inspection was, front a dent in the fender to oil stress in tight spots underneath the car. Upper James Autopro has a great system where they go through the car and make recommendations and prove why they make those recommendations. I later heard from Anis saying he would like to reverse the sale for the car that was privately sold (may I also add he didn't have a pre purchase inspection). Because he was very tough to deal with before the sale I told him that I would not like to hear from him further and would block his #. For an unknown reason, Anis contacted the shop that the safety and demanded high performance parts. Myself, the shop that did the safety and Upper James Autopro were willing to work with the safety concern that he had at free of charge but not give him performance upgrade parts. Countless times Anis was told from both shops that they would work with him. His response to everything was a quote for 6K of performance parts that had nothing to do with a safety factor on the car. The harrassment on the shop that did the safety got so bad that I contacted police and opened a report. Over a month later I had to read the false, and unpleasant review that was written here. From my point of view (I have worked in the auto industry for years), Upper James Auto Pro would be a great shop to have a car serviced. They are fast to pick up the phone, informative and very pleasant. I will be bringing my BMW M3 in for service in the future for sure.
