(ikr, you shouldn’t have to comment on that part, but I have had some Oopsies at several garages, on garden-variety tasks, So ....) Clear, concise communication and Correct Work - Wow! Can’t tell you you how often the communication is an issue ... which says even more about CARE - They showed me that they CARED! We have been impressed with Upper James Autopro from day one. They do their best to squeeze us in when we are in a crunch and offer additional help that we need to keep the appointment. Once they begin work on our vehicle they keep us informed each step of the way. What is also impressive is that we get the evaluation electronically. We can glance at the details remotely, give our approval and then wait for the call telling us the vehicle is ready for pickup. Service is super friendly and making payment effortless. I've been using Upper James Autopro for the past year whenever I needed anything done with my VW Tiguan. The owners and other employees at the shop have always been very courteous, prompt, and understanding of my situation each time I've gone there. Being very particular of who I let touch my car, I must say that I won't take it to anyone but them. The quality of the work has always been top notch and they have never pushed me to get work done that hasn't been needed. And it's always a nice bonus picking up my car and having it been detailed free of charge. The pricing is always comparable to other shops, and more often than not it's even better. So if you are looking for a shop that you can trust to take care of your car then i'd honestly give them a shot.
