In my past experiences in dealing with auto shops in any capacity is…just meh. You go in and expect a certain service and hope you don’t get burned. I was simply blown away from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment online. Had them confirm with me as a follow up. Text reminder day of. The shop presentation and cleanliness is top notch. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and generally look like they enjoy what they do which is rare. Honestly post covid customer service has been dog water across all industries and this was a refreshing experience. Thank you. I’ll be using NAPA Autopro going forward for my vehicle needs and I’ll be referring family and friends.

After having extensive work done on my car, there was a strange noise and I took it back. Jacob was my trusted contact and he arranged to take it for a test ride, sure enough he heard the strange noise and Immediately knew what it was. Drove me home ordered parts and called the next day. Parts in car fixed drove my car to pick me up and returned to the shop. I was expecting to pay again but thankfully the part that was faulty was under the warranty and NO Charge. The kindness and respect shown to me and my beloved car surpassed everything that was expected. This is the reason I am a loyal customer and just love everyone there.
