Don't answer messages over google or emails. Unable to call during business hours as I am working. I guess I'll go somewhere else. Edit: they stuck to their word and repaired the tire for free. They also have a text line which I was unaware of and can use in the future.

Great platform as well that gives you text link access to service and inspection reports, and real time chat w team to confirm schedules, approve quotes, and get updates on service work. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to and I’ve unfortunately had to go through many shops. The last shop I went to claimed I needed $5600 in repairs which I was very skeptical about so I took it to NAPA AutoPro and they assured me nothing was required and provided detailed descriptions along with photos and videos. Also some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in any setting. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is also very nice. Will continue to bring my BMW and other vehicles to this shop.
