Ok, I know you’re reading this because you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust. I’m going to do you a favour and tell you to stop looking. This is the place to go. Upon entering you will be greeted by Alysa’s friendly face, while Andrew is wrenching in the garage. They are completely professional and competent. You will leave your car with them, and then receive text messages throughout the process with information about what is happening, and photos of what they are working on on your car. They are timely and the labour rates are very fair. When you pick up your car, you will notice that it has been cleaned inside and out. I have owned cars for 30 years, and have always hated going to the auto shop. Not any more. I feel I finally have found a shop I can trust. And no, I am not related to the owners or affiliated with them in any way. They are just doing an excellent job, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought two cars at the same time to NAPA Auto Pro and Andrew was extremely kind with his customer service. This may be the most honest and transparent mechanic I've encountered in the Hamilton region. They ensure you're looked after and provide complete photos/videos of work being done to your car. You don't feel pressured or confused as a customer. The first car had a sway bar issue in the front and they fixed it up free of charge as it was a minor issue and didn't take too much time on the hoist. The second car was in for an engine light and the repair finished within a few hours! Thanks again for your work, you've gained my trust and would recommend to all of my friends and family 👍
