Well where do I even begin. I had no history with Hamilton or Andrew and Alysa at Napa until about 3 years ago. There are a number of things I take seriously, my investments, my haircuts, my vehicles.. Oh yes of course my family which includes Skip the world most amazing and intelligent border collie. Speaking of which..I have an innate way of surrounding myself with amazing and intelligent which leads right back to Napa motors on Upper James. I've traveled the world as an expat, and driven vehicles for 45 years in a slew of countries. I've come to recognize excellence! I drive an Audi Q5 as my appliance and recently purchased 3 BMW Z3 roadsters for fun. Andrew and Alysia are always there for me. The workmanship and Napa is outstanding I know this! So often with service centers the job gets done but how it's done matters! Unknowingly to most, getting to parts buried deep in a car can be compromising to it's integrity. Clips, panels fasteners etc.. are often the time consuming intricacies which need experienced focused technicians performing their magic with knowledge and a high tech equipped shop. I trust Napa Auto Pro, they earned it. Excellent professional service work with an unequivocal personal touch. Thanks for the continuing care.
