Cannot say enough, excellent customer service.

In from out of town and had a flat tire. We were on our way to a funeral service and only had 25 minutes. They swapped out for the spare immediately to let us get on our way, ordered a new tire and texted when it was ready. Alysa was absolutely fantastic and thanks so much to everyone there that made this as easy as possible under the circumstances.

My car was making a grinding noise at the front wheels and I stopped by the shop to see if a mechanic could advise whether or not it was safe to drive. Even though he was closing up for the day he said he would test drive it to get a sense of what was going on. He immediately took it for a drive and determined that the likely cause was that the wheels were loose (I had swapped out the winter tires a few weeks earlier). His suspicions were confirmed and he immediately tightened all the lug nuts which were very loose. I am so appreciative that he took the time to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive, even though he was heading home for the day. I will not forget this and will definitely be back for future service appointments and will recommend this shop to friends and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
