My car was making a grinding noise at the front wheels and I stopped by the shop to see if a mechanic could advise whether or not it was safe to drive. Even though he was closing up for the day he said he would test drive it to get a sense of what was going on. He immediately took it for a drive and determined that the likely cause was that the wheels were loose (I had swapped out the winter tires a few weeks earlier). His suspicions were confirmed and he immediately tightened all the lug nuts which were very loose. I am so appreciative that he took the time to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive, even though he was heading home for the day. I will not forget this and will definitely be back for future service appointments and will recommend this shop to friends and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
